Knights Templar Eye Foundation

The Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc., was incorporated in 1956 is a charity sponsored by the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar. The current mission statement of the Foundation is “to improve vision through research, education, and supporting access to care.” This is being accomplished through research grants which will benefit many individuals as the research comes to fruition, and through working with the Seniors Eye Care Program in partnership with EyeCare America and the Foundation of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. All donations from South Carolina are encouraged to be sent to/through the KTEF Committee Chairman of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of South Carolina.

Ensure all checks are made payable to “The Knights Templar Eye Foundation, Inc.” Note in the memo field on each check which Commandery No. you belong to if applicable. Download and complete the Donation Form. Send the completed Form and all checks to the KTEF on the address on the Form. Also send a copy of the completed form to:
