Parking
The City of Clemson offers year-round parking in the Keith Street Parking Deck, the Fendley Street Parking Deck, along College Avenue and on Sloan Street.
All on-street parking in downtown Clemson is metered. Parkers are limited to two (2) hours in all on-street spaces and the fee is $1.50 per session. Parking is free for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per hour afterward. Rates for the parking decks is $1 per hour for the first 4 hours, the fee increases after 4 hours.
Except when Clemson University is hosting a home football game, parking is FREE in all areas, including un-reserved spaces in the parking decks, from 5 PM until 4 AM on weekdays and from 7 AM until 4 AM on weekends. Overnight parking is prohibited.
Handicapped drivers with a placard or plate are not required to pay the meter.
